The noise from upstairs guests was unbearable!!! It really detracted from any chance of relaxation. The rooms had a very basic feel, lacking charm or decor!!! A little effort could make a huge difference!!!

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay, especially with the lovely view out the living area window and the quiet atmosphere that made for a relaxing experience, and the short walk to Kachemak Bay Water Trail and Alaska Maritime National Wildlife Refuge made exploring charming Homer a breeze.

I had a lovely time with the owner greeting me warmly and even helping me with my laundry, which was such a lifesaver. The sun terrace and garden area were perfect for relaxing after a long day. The only downside was the thin walls, which made it a bit noisy at times, but it didn’t ruin my stay at all! 😊

The kitchenette in the apartment offered a personal touch with added comforts and ample space, allowing for relaxed meals at our leisure. Enjoyed unobstructed views of the water, especially gorgeous sunsets, while cozying up on the comfortable beds.

Thin walls made it tough to ignore some late-night noise from upstairs, potentially disrupting some guests' sleep. Also, the lack of diverse seating options in common areas could leave visitors wanting more places to unwind and gather.

This place suits me perfectly with amenities like wi-fi, full kitchen, and express check-in. The staff helped me with directions on my first stay, and they’re always friendly. I recommend cooking your meals to save more. I’m coming back for a romantic escape.

Spent a wonderful night in a spacious, clean suite, feeling right at home. The welcoming staff provided fantastic local recommendations, and the view was a delightful bonus. Cooking our meals in the well-equipped kitchen saved us money and added convenience. Experiencing authentic Italian pizza nearby was a treat as well.
